1. Ensure a consistent flow of service to guests.
2. Provide fast, personalized guest service.
3. Greet guests warmly at your station, making friendly eye contact.
4. Use guest names and remember preferences when possible.
5. Quote accurate response times, e.g., "Your order will be ready in ten minutes."
6. Close interactions courteously with proper remarks.
7. Assist in beverage preparation quickly and accurately.
8. Familiarize yourself with drink menu items, pricing, garnishes, and ware.
9. Handle sales transactions per departmental policies.
10. Monitor your station to ensure timely service.
11. Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and intervene as needed.
12. Verify guest age when under thirty.
13. Follow laws and policies on serving and selling alcohol.
14. Handle guest issues professionally and report concerns to management.
15. Provide information on property, promotions, and attractions.
16. Notify slot personnel to service machines as needed.
17. Keep your station clean and organized.
18. Carry trays safely and efficiently.
19. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe work environment.
20. Operate and maintain equipment according to safety guidelines.
21. Stock service wells with required products and supplies.
22. Maintain valid WV racing license, Food Handlers permit, and TIPS certifications.
23. Set up and break down service wells as specified.
24. Dress professionally and maintain a neat appearance.
25. Display courteous and friendly behavior at all times.

7. Obtain necessary certifications: Food Handler, TIPS, TOPs.
8. Be physically able to stand, walk, handle objects, and lift weights as specified.
9. Wear uniform and safety gear as required.
