FleetPride, Inc. in Lexington, KY is hiring a Heavy Duty Service Writer to serve as the link between customers, technicians and the shop team.

You will communicate repair recommendations and estimates, coordinate scheduling and provide updates to keep repairs moving smoothly. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of heavy-duty truck or parts/service experience and a strong focus on customer service, organization, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding repairs, estimates, scheduling, and service updates.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Communicate with customers regarding repairs, estimates, scheduling, and service updates.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 2+ years of heavy-duty truck/trailer parts or service experience preferred.
• Service writing/advising experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Parts or inventory experience is a plus.
• Team player willing to help around the shop when needed.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move parts weighing 60+ lbs.
