Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal and state housing regulations.
• Experience supervising Housing Choice Voucher staff.
• Familiarity with SEMAP and FSS programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Housing Choice Voucher staff.
• Oversee intake, occupancy, inspections, and rent calculations.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, PHA procedures and SEMAP.
• Prepare productivity and program reports.
