Qualifications

• At least eight years of relevant digital media experience in account management, campaign operations, media planning, or a related function.

Responsibilities

• Own daily communication with agency and pharmaceutical clients, providing responsive support and clear campaign updates.
• Coordinate campaign planning, setup, launch, and execution with internal specialists and external partners.
• Evaluate campaign results and present insights, recommendations, and next steps to clients.
• Strengthen existing relationships and identify opportunities to expand campaign budgets and product adoption.
• Collaborate with sales colleagues on pitches, proposals, and strategies for prospective and existing accounts.
• Manage responses to requests for proposals, aligning recommended solutions with audience needs, objectives, and budgets.
• Track progress against account revenue goals and support retention and growth initiatives.
• Work with product, sales, and finance teams to resolve issues, improve delivery, and share client feedback.
• Attend regular client meetings in the Philadelphia area.
