Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate is seeking an experienced HR Technology leader to act as a strategic partner for Oracle HCM Cloud and drive automation across the employee lifecycle. You will optimize HR systems, ensure data integrity, and advance the enterprise HR technology roadmap.

Responsibilities include configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules, leading integration efforts, and collaborating with People Operations to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HRIS, HR Technology, or Oracle HCM Cloud experience supporting complex processes.
• Strong project, program, and process management skills with ability to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and become a trusted partner to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure, troubleshoot, and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual processes.
• Partner with People Operations to implement HR solutions.
• Lead regular business process reviews and create action plans.
• Help establish a long-term HR Technology roadmap.
• Ensure compliance, segregation of duties, and audit/security alignment.
• Lead release management, testing, and deployment for Oracle updates.
• Serve as product owner for Oracle HCM modules and guide stakeholders.
• Develop training on HR systems policies and procedures.
• Deliver best-in-class processes ensuring data integrity and automation.
• Maintain awareness of HRIS trends and opportunities for AI/workflow automation.
