IBM Consulting seeks an Oracle Cloud AMS Payroll Lead to join our team as a full-time, permanent role with travel to client sites as required. You will specialize in Oracle HCM Payroll, Self Services, and Security, delivering configuration, testing, and production support.

Your responsibilities include designing and configuring solutions, delivering project lifecycle support, developing OTBI reports, and ensuring quality delivery across client environments.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing, configuring, and testing Oracle HCM Payroll and Self Services module.
• Ability to write functional and technical design documents.
• Experience with integrating Oracle HCM Cloud solutions into client environments.
• Experience writing OTBI reports for business analysis and decision-making.
• Experience with regression testing and production support.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud payroll solutions, write design docs, and test configurations.
• Provide end-to-end project support across the lifecycle to deliver client results.
• Develop OTBI reports to support business analysis and decision-making.
• Ensure seamless deployment by performing regression testing and integration.
• Troubleshoot issues in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations and production support.
