Job summary

ArcBest is seeking an HCM Analyst to partner with HR management and leadership to configure HR business processes in support of the company’s human capital strategies. The role emphasizes Workday configuration, governance, and cross-functional collaboration across HR streams.

You will lead system knowledge transfer, participate in Workday releases, and ensure data integrity and compliant handling of sensitive employee information while driving performance improvements and cost-reduction

Qualifications

• Experience in Workday configuration and core application framework (HCM Core, Business Processes, Security, Reporting).
• Prior HRIS/Admin experience with a focus in HCM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Workday Modules (Performance, Absence, Talent/ Recruiting) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop system knowledge transfer and training for coordinators and HCM team members.
• Review Workday releases and roadmaps to leverage new features and support business objectives.
• Provide expert knowledge to functional HCM teams including Core HR, Compensation, Compliance, and security.
• Participate in Workday Community Q&A and foster beneficial brainstorms.
