Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, a Midwest senior living provider, is seeking an HCM Systems Administrator to configure and maintain core HR platforms, including UKG Pro, and ensure reliable payroll integrations and accurate data flows across systems.

You will design and maintain workflow configurations, support employee lifecycle events (hire, transfer, termination), and coordinate updates and releases, with minimal travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in HCM systems or related field.

Responsibilities

• Configures and maintains HCM platforms (e.g., UKG Pro).
• Supports employee lifecycle processes including hire, transfer, and termination.
• Manages system updates, patches, and release cycles.
• Designs and maintains workflow configurations and business rules.
• Optimizes user experience and system usability.
• Supports future modules (performance, career development).
• Supports integrations related to payroll, scheduling, compensation, and timekeeping.
• Ensures accurate data flows across interconnected workforce systems.
• Monitors system performance and resolves complex issues.
• Maintains system stability and data accuracy.
• Supports integrations with benefits, payroll, and workforce vendors.
• Coordinates system enhancements and defect resolution.
