Job summary

Asure Software Inc. is seeking an HCM Sales Executive to build new business and expand opportunities within a defined territory. You will cultivate relationships with clients and referral partners, delivering compelling presentations and managing a full sales funnel to hit monthly and annual quotas.

The role requires 3+ years of consultative software sales experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Salesforce and virtual meeting tools. A U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of consultative software sales experience.
• Experience selling payroll, HR or related software/services preferred.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage a territory and drive revenue.
• Excellent relationship-building and client service skills.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and virtual selling tools (GoToMeeting, Webex).
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new prospects and current customers.
• Create revenue opportunities for HCM platform solutions.
• Profile and penetrate existing clientele to expand scope.
• Develop and maintain referral networks with CPAs, banks, advisors, and brokers.
• Deliver high-impact presentations showing solution benefits.
• Maintain a robust sales funnel to meet quotas.
• Leverage CRM to report on sales and client activities.
• Continuously learn industry trends and evolving technology including AI.
