Dominion Payroll is seeking an experienced HCM Sales Consultant in Tampa, FL. The role focuses on selling customized payroll and human capital management solutions to executives, HR leaders, and payroll professionals.

You will conduct live demos, prepare proposals, and close new business while consistently hitting sales targets. Expect a base salary of $60,000–$75,000 with an uncapped commission plan, plus automobile and cell phone allowances and ongoing onboarding and training.
