Job summary

Guardian seeks an HCM Platform Specialist to act as a subject matter expert across leading HCM platforms such as Workday and UKG. You will support integrations within Guardian's API ecosystem and collaborate with customers, sales, product, and tech teams to design, implement, and optimize scalable HCM solutions.

You will partner with teams to deliver outcomes across benefits administration, payroll, and time management, while guiding implementation and ongoing operations with a focus on customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years supporting HCM platforms, HR tech systems, or benefits admin.
• Hands-on configuration of Workday, UKG Pro, UKG Ready, or similar HCM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration, plan design, and enrollment.
• Experience with carrier integrations and API-enabled data exchanges.
• Understanding of employee lifecycle, payroll, and time management concepts.
• Ability to evaluate requirements and recommend scalable integrations.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Solutions teams to advise on HCM integration capabilities.
• Guide customers through implementation and onboarding, reviewing configurations and data requirements.
• Troubleshoot integration issues across HCM environments and Guardian systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations to standardize processes and expand integration capabilities.
• Leverage insights to influence Guardian's API ecosystem and partner connectivity strategy.
