Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of benefits administration, including plan design and enrollment.
• Experience with carrier integrations and API-enabled data exchanges.
• Understanding of employee lifecycle, payroll, and time management.
• Ability to evaluate requirements and recommend scalable integrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
