Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in management consulting, relevant HR/payroll expertise, and PMP/PMI-PBA or similar certifications. Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with 5–8 years in management consulting.
• Certifications: CBAP, CSM, PMI-PBA or PMP.
• Strong HR/Payroll process knowledge.
• Experience implementing payroll or HCM software.
• Public sector delivery experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with public sector clients to design and implement solutions that improve business processes.
• Lead and mentor business analyst teams in process analysis and system assessments.
• Analyze operations and develop actionable improvement recommendations.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, interviews, and workshops to gather requirements.
• Document staffing models, workflows, and costs.
• Deliver written reports, process docs, and client presentations.
• Support proposal development and client relationship management.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
