Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with 5–8 years in management consulting.
• Certifications: CBAP, CSM, PMI-PBA, or PMP.
• Deep HR/Payroll process knowledge.
• Payroll or HCM software implementation experience.
• Experience with public sector clients.
• Experience on HCM technology implementation projects.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with public sector clients to design and implement solutions.
• Lead and mentor business analyst teams in process analysis and system assessments.
• Analyze operations and develop actionable improvement recommendations.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements.
• Document staffing models, workflows, and costs.
• Deliver high-quality reports, process documentation, and client presentations.
• Support proposal development and client relationships.
• Work with project managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
