Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and 5 to 8 years of professional experience in management consulting.
• Current certification in CBAP, CSM, PMI-PBA, or PMP.
• In-depth knowledge of HR/Payroll processes.
• Prior experience implementing payroll or HCM software, including system configuration and testing.
• Experience using ALM software (JIRA, DevOps, ELM).
• Experience in a structured Agile or Scrum environment.
• Ability to lead and coach within a matrixed environment.
• Strong experience with public sector clients.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with public sector clients to design and implement solutions.
• Lead and mentor business analyst teams and conduct process analysis.
• Analyze operations and develop actionable improvement recommendations.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, interviews, and workshops to gather requirements.
• Support alignment of policies with configured functionality.
• Apply Agile methodology to write user stories and track progress.
• Support testing and reconciliation from a business perspective.
• Deliver high-quality written reports and client presentations.
• Work with project managers to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Assist with proposal development and client relationship management.
