Ahola is seeking an Implementation Specialist to collaborate with Sales, Training and Operations to ensure high-quality deployments. You will manage data loads, verify client balances and maintain implementation timelines while supporting clients by phone or email.

The role requires an associates degree with 2+ years in payroll/HCM implementation and strong Excel/CRM skills. A customer-focused, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; 3–5 years in HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and/or Timekeeping.
• Minimum 2 years of payroll/HCM implementation experience; five years acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and client engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements new client products and services for the HCM platform.
• Loads employee data using conversion programs or templates.
• Accurately enters data and verifies totals against client balance.
• Provides client support via phone or email throughout the implementation.
• Maintains timelines and ensures milestones are met; documents issues in tracking system.
• Identifies client needs and supports internal teams to improve processes.
• Participates in training and seminars; collaborates across departments.
