Job summary

ADP Major Accounts seeks a Professional Services Payroll/Time Consultant to lead client advisory engagements, optimize payroll and time solutions, and build trusted relationships with major clients. You’ll deliver strategic recommendations and product demonstrations, supported by ADP HCM capabilities, across client stakeholders.

Travel up to 20% may be required; a college degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in Workforce Now Current Gen roles (account management, PM, HR, payroll).
• Strong consulting skills with executives; capable of compelling presentations.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%+; military experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Lead billable Client Advisory Services engagements with strategic analysis and product demos.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Major Accounts Advisory Services clients.
• Provide expertise on ADP HCM Solutions to client organizations.
• Build trust with user communities and key stakeholders.
• Create project plans; manage deliverables, timelines, and hours.
• Represent ADP at seminars and client user group meetings.
