Job summary

ADP Major Accounts is hiring a Professional Services Payroll/Time Consultant to lead client advisory engagements and drive utilization of ADP solutions. You will build strong client relationships and deliver strategic recommendations across payroll, time and labor, HR, and finance. A travel requirement of about 20% applies.

You will conduct customized product demonstrations, create project plans, and represent ADP at seminars and client events, contributing to revenue through advisory services.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of related Workforce Now Current Gen experience (Account Management, Project Management, HR, Payroll, Business Consultant, application support, system implementation).
• Proven ability to apply consulting skills to complex business challenges and present to senior leaders.
• Willingness to travel at least 20% (sometimes more).
• Military experience welcome and valued.

• Consult and increase client retention by delivering optimization recommendations.
• Configure needs analyses for payroll, time and labor, HR, and related financial systems.
• Train with highly customized product demonstrations addressing client requirements.
