ADP Major Accounts is seeking a Professional Services Payroll/Time Consultant to lead billable Client Advisory Services engagements and demonstrate ADP HCM capabilities. You will nurture client relationships and drive advisory solutions across payroll, time, and labor management.

The role emphasizes strategic analysis, customized product demonstrations, and development of best practices, with opportunities to travel and engage with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of related Workforce Now Current Gen experience (Account Management, Project Management, HR, Payroll, Business Consultant, application support, system implementation).
• Proven ability to apply consulting skills to complex business challenges and present to senior leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%+ as needed.

Responsibilities

• Consult. Identify and deliver optimization recommendations to fit client needs.
• Configure needs analyses with stakeholders to determine customizations.
• Train. Conduct customized product demonstrations addressing client requirements.
• Create project plans and manage all phases, deliverables, timelines, and hours.
• Represent ADP at seminars and client user group meetings.
• Develop processes and tools viewed as industry benchmarks and SME material.
