Job summary

Baltimore City Public Schools is seeking a hands-on HCIS Manager to lead data integrity across the human capital information system (HCIS) and to oversee a team of HCIS Specialists. You will drive data quality, design system modifications, and prepare routine analytics for ERP applications.

Responsibilities include auditing data, developing reports, and providing user training and support to HR and other line teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field or professional experience.
• Eight years of relevant full-time professional experience.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion and Oracle OTBI reporting tools.
• Ability to interact with diverse constituencies with tact and diplomacy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manages HCIS data integrity and the HCIS Specialists team.
• Audits data, prepares analyses, and reports on HR processes.
• Provides training, supervision, and development for HCIS staff.
• Supports end users and front-line ERP & HCIS systems.
• Ensures compliance with policies, audits, and regulatory requirements.
