Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institute or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• At least eight years of relevant full-time professional experience.
• Ability to interact with diverse constituencies and convey information with tact.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and present data-based recommendations.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Directs development, communication and implementation of the Human Capital strategic plan.
• Leads planning, delivery, and evaluation of talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives.
• Oversees data analysis to support data-driven decision-making for HC functions.
• Advises executives on system-wide HC development and policy alignment.
• Maintains confidential information and ensures compliance with laws and district policies.
