VEMA Corporation is seeking a dependable HCBS Program Manager in Phoenix to lead growth of our Home and Community-Based Services program. You will oversee attendant care, habilitation, and respite services, coordinating referrals, staff assignments, and service delivery while maintaining strong relationships with members, families, and external coordinators.

The role requires supervising Direct Care Workers, ensuring program growth aligns with policies, quality standards, and staffing capacity.

Qualifications

• Experience in HCBS, developmental disability services, or related field is required.
• Experience coordinating services, supervising staff, or managing a community-based program.
• Familiar with attendant care, habilitation, respite, and service authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee referrals, intake, service initiation, staff assignments, scheduling, and ongoing service coordination.
• Review member service plans, authorizations, support needs, and staffing availability before services begin.
• Maintain ongoing communication with members, families, guardians, and coordinators.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, supervise, coach, and retain Direct Care Workers.
• Monitor schedules, service utilization, and staffing gaps to prevent interruptions in care.
• Coordinate backup staffing and resolve service-related concerns.
• Ensure documentation like EVV, progress notes, and timesheets are maintained.
