Job summary

Arizona Comfort Care Social Services LLC is seeking a Programs Director to provide daily oversight of Day/Employment Programs and HCBS in the Phoenix area. The role ensures program quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while meeting client and family satisfaction goals.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with support coordinators, and develop services across Transition to Employment and Group Supported Employment. Strong leadership, DD experience, and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory and staff management skills.
• Experience with the Division of Developmental Disabilities.
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to work with case Directors, medical staff, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking.
• Ability to work independently and guide others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Day/Employment Programs & HCBS.
• Ensure contractual and programmatic requirements are met.
• Prepare and submit reports, statistics and QA functions.
• Supervise transitions between Employment, Day Program and HCBS.
• Recruit, train and develop staff to support programs.
• Maintain relationships with members, providers and DD/OLCR representatives.
• Fill in for staff as needed and ensure deadlines are met.
