Job summary

• Oversee HCBS programs and support Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff.
• Establish partnerships with clients, families/guardians, and funding agencies.
• Maintain payroll and program billing documentation accurately and on time.
• Ensure licensing, surveys, and contractual compliance are met.
• Oversee and manage program records and data.
