The role combines office tasks with field visits and regular collaboration with families, providers, and regulatory agencies.

The successful candidate will lead a team of direct support professionals, arrange training, monitor care quality, and respond to crises.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to obtain Arizona State level one fingerprint clearance.
• Certifications in CPR/First Aid, Article 9, and Prevention and Support.
• Experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized service plans for clients.
• Coordinate with service providers, families, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless care.
• Ensure all services meet state and federal regulatory requirements and maintain documentation.
• Lead and supervise a team of direct support professionals.
• Respond to emergencies or crises and provide on-call leadership as needed.
• Facilitate communication and regular meetings with clients, families, and providers.
