Job summary

Rise Inc. is seeking a HCBS Operations Resource Specialist in Mesa, AZ.

The role provides administrative and operational support to Arizona State HCBS Leadership teams for Home and Community Based Programs, including onboarding coordination, compliance tracking, and documentation management. The incumbent will assist with payroll, audits, and reporting while maintaining confidential records and collaborating across HR, QA, Recruitment, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of related field experience or more.
• Bilingual capability required to meet program needs.
• Pass a background clearance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding coordination for new hires and training requirements.
• Track compliance, documentation, and operational reporting.
• Support navigation and use of RISE software systems and applications.
• Compile and distribute operational dashboards, reports, and summaries.
• Assist with payroll review and administrative follow-ups.
• Coordinate inter-department communication and follow-up on tasks and initiatives.
• Attend required meetings, trainings, and organizational events.
