Reporting to the Vice President, Operations, the HCA Development Manager assumes overall responsibility for all Home Care Aide (“HCA”) training programs, clinical skill evaluation and performance supervision. This role ensures that training content is clear and helpful, presentation is engaging, structure and coordination is efficient and effective, and performance follow-up is consistent and appropriate.
8:30AM - 3:00PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional availability outside office hours (approximately 2-4 times per month) to schedule early morning or evening site visits. (There is some flexibility in the start and end times, so if this work schedule doesn’t exactly line up with your preferred work schedule, please don’t let that stop you from applying!) This position will require work as needed from the company’s office in Banker’s Hill, in client residences throughout San Diego County, and remotely.
This is a benefits-eligible position at approximately 30 hours per week.
$35.00 - $44.00 per hour
