Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an HBM SoC Design Engineer/Architect in the Richardson, TX area. You will design, integrate, and validate high-bandwidth memory logic die and memory-centric SoCs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust microarchitectures and interfaces.

You will evaluate power, performance, area tradeoffs, and contribute to automation using AI-enabled tooling to boost verification efficiency and design quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in digital design, ASIC development, or FPGA design.
• Proficiency with Verilog/SystemVerilog; VHDL acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and integrate RTL for HBM SoC solutions.
• Collaborate across architects and cross-functional teams to define interfaces.
• Support design-quality activities: simulation, synthesis, STA, CDC analysis.
• Evaluate tradeoffs in power, performance, and area; drive data-driven decisions.
• Develop automation and AI-assisted workflows to improve productivity.
