Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Product Engineer for the High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) MH team.

You will develop, deploy, and optimize test strategies for Micron's DRAM in HBM products, guiding Probe, Burn-in, and ATE test code while collaborating with Design, Yield, and Test Engineering to ensure silicon performance aligns with requirements. The role requires pre-silicon validation, data analysis, and strong debugging skills, with opportunities to apply AI to improve test flows and yield.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in Computer or Electrical Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in DRAM or memory testing.
• Automation of routine tasks using AI-augmented scripts, data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, optimize and innovate test strategies for Micron's DRAM in HBM products.
• Guide development for Probe (wafer level test), Burn-in, and ATE test code and testing techniques.
• Assist in debugging code and aiding characterization of HBM devices; understand device functionality and schematics.
