Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years experience with a BS or 4+ years with an MS in relevant fields.
• Strong understanding of high-speed memory interfaces.
• Ability to drive complex technical issues to closure.

Responsibilities

• Work on HBM product design and sustain design maintenance.
• Own end-to-end debug of silicon and system issues.
• Identify yield, reliability and performance issues.

Skills

Strong understanding of DRAM/HBM architecture

Experience in digital and/or custom design and verification

Hands-on experience in silicon debug

Programming/scripting skills (Python preferred)

Education

BS in Electrical Engineering or related field (6+ years) or MS (4+ years)
