Markent Personnel seeks a Warehouse Manager for a chemical/HAZMAT operation in Lima, OH. This role leads a 15-person team on a first-shift schedule, reporting to the VP of Operations, with a focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and cost controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of warehouse management experience.
• Experience with chemical/HAZMAT materials.
• Supervision experience in non-union environments.
• Experience with ERP or WMS systems.
• MS Excel proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Develop and enforce hazardous materials management programs and safety protocols.
• Monitor costs, labor utilization, and capital expenditure proposals.
• Maintain ISO-aligned quality management systems and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for staff.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and support business development initiatives.
• Oversee maintenance of facilities and equipment and plan for asset upgrades.
