Job summary

Zaddy Solutions in Lima, OH is seeking a Warehouse Manager for a first-shift operation overseeing the site warehouse and a team of up to 15 staff. You will report to the VP of Operations and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse performance.

You will lead safety programs for HazMat, manage costs, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining ISO-aligned QMS where applicable. This role offers a stable schedule and opportunities within a growing multi-industry supplier.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–5 years of warehouse management experience required.
• Experience with chemical and HAZMAT materials is required.
• ERP or WMS experience; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations for a first-shift site.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and hazmat handling.
• Manage labor and costs to meet targets and budgets.
• Audit quality systems and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and coach a team of up to 15, fostering stability and development.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
