Job summary

Htprof is seeking a Warehouse Manager for a first-shift, on-site role in Lima, OH. You will lead a team of up to 15, oversee daily warehouse operations, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across all functions.

You will report to the VP of Operations and drive process improvements, cost controls, and customer satisfaction. The role offers 10% bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package, with a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1–5 years of warehouse management experience in a similar environment.
• Experience with ERP or WMS systems and strong Excel skills.
• Experience supervising non-union teams and driving process improvements.
