Job summary

Travel to terminals bi-monthly and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with hazardous materials handling and safety protocols.
• Proven track record in managing multi-site operations.
• Strong understanding of transportation regulations (DOT, FRA, OSHA, FDA mocks).

Responsibilities

• Oversee workforce including union loaders, boiler operators, terminal supervisors, and administrative staff.
• Travel to all transloading terminals to ensure compliance and provide mentorship.
• Lead safety culture and review SOPs with personnel.
• Coordinate training and development of supervisors and staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with FRA, CPUC, OSHA, and FDA, among others.
• Manage budgets, KPIs and cost control initiatives.
