Job summary

Twin Eagle Terminals & Logistics is seeking a Terminal Supervisor to lead day-to-day transloading operations. You will coordinate with the Assistant Terminal Manager and Transload Crew Lead to meet production goals safely and efficiently.

The role requires ensuring inspections and paperwork are completed on time, managing labor and equipment in real time, and upholding a strong safety culture across the site.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in terminal, rail, or transloading operations.
• 1-3 years supervisory or crew lead experience.
• Experience in liquid hazmat or bulk material handling preferred.
• Strong understanding of transloading processes and equipment.
• Ability to make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work day shift, night shift, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Must wear FR uniforms, respirator, hard hat, steel toe boots, and safety glasses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all transloading operations during the assigned shift, ensuring safe unloading of railcars and loading of trucks.
• Monitor adherence to established transloading processes and SOPs.
• Make real-time decisions regarding efficiency, labor allocation, and equipment use to meet production targets.
• Coordinate with the Transload Crew Lead to ensure crew assignments and break schedules are managed.
• Ensure all inspections and daily logs are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices in the transloading area.
• Communicate production status to management and customer service; relay delays.
• Assist with incident reporting and investigations as needed.
