Job summary

Clean Harbors in Liberty, MO is seeking a Class B CDL Equipment Operator to operate light and heavy-duty trucks at customer sites. Some vehicles include Vacuum Trailer and high-powered vacuum loaders. Role includes driving and non-driving duties on and off-site related to hazardous waste clean-up.

Respond to emergencies and be available for up to 2 weeks out of town with hotel and per diem provided. Training academy out of state is paid by the company.

Qualifications

Valid Class B CDL required.
Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days.
Ability to pass background check, drug test, and physical, by position.

Responsibilities

Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner.
Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers when needed.
Operate a variety of Class B trucks.
Loading and unloading of trucks.
Ensure customer satisfaction at time of service.
Proper placarding of vehicles to meet Company and DOT requirements/regulations.
Maintain daily logs, time sheets, and various reports.
Follow all local, state and federal compliance regulations and rules.
