Clean Harbors in Dolton, IL is seeking a Class A CDL Equipment Operator to drive a range of trucks and equipment at customer sites for hazardous waste cleanup. The role includes on-site and off-site duties, with overtime after 40 hours and potential emergency deployments up to two weeks.

A two-week out-of-state academy training is provided at company expense. Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL, be able to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days, and pass a background check,

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and physical.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Maintain daily logs and time sheets.
• Comply with DOT and safety regulations.
• Be on call for emergency response on rotating basis.
• Attend two-week Academy training out of state (expenses covered).
