Job summary

Clean Harbors in Liberty, MO is seeking a Class A CDL Equipment Operator to operate a variety of heavy and light duty trucks at customer sites for hazardous waste cleanup. Hazmat and Tanker endorsements preferred, OT after 40 hours, and two-week Academy training with expenses covered.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Ability to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to use various mobile devices.
• Must perform physical functions per job requirements.
• Background check, drug test, and medical exam may be required by position.
• Compliance with OSHA respirator facial hair standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers as part of a team.
• Drive a variety of Class A trucks and load/unload as needed.
• Perform on-site and off-site duties to meet customer needs.
• Ensure safe vehicle operation and adherence to DOT rules.
• Be on-call for emergency response and project work on rotating schedule.
