Responsibilities

• Lead teams, including hiring, evaluating, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies; identify value-added services.
• Maintain professional client relations and answer inquiries with solutions.
• Follow health and safety procedures and enforce them among staff.
• Ensure DOT/EPA and company paperwork compliance.
• Complete required OSHA training and refreshers; coordinate training.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of equipment for efficiency.
