Job summary

Veolia in North America is seeking a Customer Fulfillment Coordinator to quarterback the end-to-end order-to-billing process for Hazardous Waste. You will be the primary contact and coordinate with operations, technical and regulatory teams to deliver safe, cost-efficient service for customers.

You will create Waste Information Profiles (WIPs), manage service requests, support pricing questions, and ensure EPA/RCRA/DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in customer service/fulfillment.
• Experience of waste management and disposal.
• Preferred degree or equivalent experience in science, mathematics, or business.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for customers and quarterback all customer service activities.
• Own internal and external communications for the customer service cycle.
• Coordinate with Veolia resources to fulfill requests and maintain EPA/RCRA compliance in WIPs.
• Create and update Waste Information Profiles (WIPs) and select approvals codes.
• Coordinate with operations and Billing Coordinator to schedule services and billing.
• Support quoting new service code categories including surcharges.
• Review ticket errors after Holding Tank conversion and coordinate fixes.
