Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking a Customer Fulfillment professional to quarterback the full service cycle from order to billing, focusing on hazardous waste operations. The role centers on keeping customers informed, coordinating with operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service experience, knowledge of waste management, and the ability to work across teams to deliver cost-effective solutions. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service/fulfillment.
• Waste management and disposal knowledge preferred.
• Degree or equivalent experience in science, math, or business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for customers within branch territories and quarterback the service cycle.
• Own internal and external communications for all customer service aspects.
• Create and manage Waste Information Profiles (WIPs) compliant with EPA/RCRA regulations.
• Coordinate with customers to gather information for service requests to meet EPA/DOT/OSHA requirements.
• Prepare accurate Jobs/Tickets and relay information to operations and Billing Coordinator.
• Support quoting new service code categories and surcharges for customers.
• Review ticket errors after system changes and coordinate with internal teams.
