Job summary

The Pasha Group is seeking an IT Manager to provide day-to-day hands-on support for end-user devices, applications, and new technology at Hawaii Stevedore (HSI) and Hawaii Terminal (HTI) locations in Honolulu. You will manage hardware/software maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and lead projects across locations.

Responsibilities include interfacing with customers, coordinating with corporate IT Services, and delivering training to users.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Clear verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Ability to promote best-practices and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day maintenance and support of technology hardware and software for Hawaii locations.
Interface directly with internal/external customers and various departments.
Lead technical projects such as research, proposal and implementation of new software/hardware at HTI/HSI locations.
Educate users with training materials and classroom-style sessions.
