Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a school-based Physical Therapist for a local contract in Honolulu, Hawaii. You will conduct PT evaluations and treatments, support students under IEPs, and collaborate with educators and families in a school setting.

Position offers 40 hours per week, with a shift pattern aligned to school schedules. Hawaii licensure preferred; compensation is hourly and commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist license and Hawaii state registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assessments, evaluations, and treatment services to students.
• Deliver in-person PT services in line with IEP goals and educational plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, manually or electronically.
• Complete IEP documentation and year-end progress reports as required.
• Collaborate with school staff, families and interdisciplinary teams regarding progress and therapy plans.
• Monitor and document student progress and make recommendations for ongoing therapy services.
