RCM HealthCare Travel is seeking a local contract Occupational Therapist for a school-based position in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role focuses on evaluations, treatment, and educational support within a collaborative school setting.

Position requires a Master’s Degree in OT, Hawaii OT license preferred, and 40 hours per week under a local contract. Starting ASAP with a contract length through May 27, 2027, pay $58.00–$64.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Occupational Therapist license and registration in Hawaii preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OT assessment and treatment practices.
• Experience with school-based OT services and IEP processes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage caseloads and implement individualized therapy plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT evaluations, assessments and treatment to students.
• Deliver in-person OT services aligned with IEP goals.
• Support student development of fine motor, sensory, visual-motor and daily living skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and progress.
• Complete IEP documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and interdisciplinary teams.
