Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver school-based services in Hawaii, providing assessments, treatment plans, and direct PT services to K–12 students. You will work with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team to support mobility and access to education.

The role involves IEP meetings, progress documentation, and adherence to school-based protocols, with comprehensive benefits including tuition assistance and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Hawaii.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Must meet Hawaii DOE requirements for school-based work.
• Background clearance and TB clearance as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal and dynamic PT assessments to determine students’ functional needs.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide direct PT services aligned with IEP goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings, annual reviews and triennial evaluations as appropriate.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and other providers to support mobility and participation in school.
