Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to deliver school-based PT services in a K–12 setting in Honolulu, Hawaii for the 2026–2027 school year.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct and consultative PT services to help students improve mobility and access to education. Collaboration with teachers, families, and the multidisciplinary team is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Hawaii.
• Experience in school-based settings or pediatrics is preferred.
• Strong communication with students, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PT assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide direct and consultative PT services aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers and families; participate in IEP meetings and evaluations.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes and reports; ensure documentation compliance.
