Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager for a Hawaii-based logistics provider. Located in Waipahu, this in-person role focuses on growing revenue, strengthening customer relationships, and developing new market opportunities.

You will lead B2B sales, negotiate contracts, and promote services while coordinating with internal teams. Experience in trucking, warehousing, or freight is preferred; strong digital marketing skills and SEO/email content

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in sales, marketing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Proven B2B sales experience in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of trucking, warehousing, ocean freight, intermodal services preferred.
• Experience with social media advertising and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong contract negotiation, pricing, and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must currently reside in Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Negotiate service contracts, pricing, and rates.
• Promote company services and develop sales packages.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal departments.
• Track account activity, changes, progress, and profitability.
• Monitor industry trends, customer demographics, and competitor activity.
• Identify opportunities to expand into new markets.
• Create sales reports and maintain customer agreements and historical data.
• Support digital marketing initiatives (social, email, SEO, content).
• Travel locally as needed for customer relations and business development.
