• Own the full B2B sales cycle from outreach to close for small business prospects across Hawaii.
• Lead discovery meetings to uncover client pain points and align ProService HR solutions.
• Build and manage a high-visibility sales pipeline with monthly and annual targets.
• Represent ProService at local events and client interactions in Hawaii.
