Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Range Contractor Coordinator to support our government customer in Kekaha, Hawai'i. You will manage logistics for range activities, attend planning meetings, and coordinate with government and contractor teams to ensure successful execution.

The role requires coordinating schedules, preparing administrative documentation, and traveling as needed. A high school diploma plus military exercise coordination experience and a valid driver’s license are

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent plus two (+2) years’ experience coordinating or participating in military exercises.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to interact with all levels of military and Government leadership and civilian organizations.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including extended/overnight shifts when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute contractor plans for scheduled range activities.
• Act as liaison between contractors, government personnel and program teams.
• Maintain awareness of changes in range operation forecasts to identify requirements and scheduling conflicts.
• Coordinate and document real-time efforts of operational support personnel.
• Prepare and submit Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) for assigned operations.
• Travel interisland and out of state as required.
