Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Range Contractor Coordinator to support our government customer in Kekaha, Hawai`i. You will manage logistics and operations for scheduled range activities and coordinate with government and contractor staff.

Responsibilities include attending planning meetings, real-time coordination, and preparing data requirements. The role requires a U.S. citizen with Secret clearance and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with all levels of military and Government leadership.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with extended hours as needed.
• Knowledge of operational support systems and facilities.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute contractor plans for scheduled range activities.
• Act as liaison between contractors, government personnel and program teams.
• Coordinate and document real-time efforts of operational support personnel.
• Prepare and submit CDRLs for assigned operations.
• Travel interisland and out of state as required.
